Deleting temporary files worked a few times. Unfortunately I have had to call in to verify things before customer service will do something to reset my account and then I am able to add funds. But it seems like not all customer service reps know how to do this. I have had to call on different days to get a different operator - some say that it can't be done and some are able to do it. What exactly are they resetting so that I know what to ask in the future?
