Tried to transfer funds to my account twice and twice denied...for the first time

Yes, if someone could give me advice.  I tried to instant transfer to my bank account recently and was denied and opted for the standard transfer 24 hour time limit. Once the 24 hour limit was up I received an email that the transfer request is processing but within 5 minutes of this message the transaction was denied.  This has happened twice.  I have contacted my bank and everything is up to date to include correct account information. I can't contact live person on paypal so I'm not sure what to do.

Have you confirmed the bank account?

Is the name on the bank account exactly the same as the name on your paypal account?

 

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.

If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.

Live chat is also randomly available.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
