Is there a way to have Paypal transfer money from my personal bank account into Paypal. I see that you can process automatically from PayPal to a checking account but I want to go from Checking Account to Paypal once a month automatically if possible. Anyone know if this is possible?

Not automatically. You must add funds manually but you do not need to add funds when you can select your bank account to make payment during checkout.
