Transfers to bank suddenly stopped working

I've been using PayPal for years, and I transfer funds from here to my bank account multiple times a week without issue, but as of March 9th transfers just..stopped working. I now get the message that my bank and card don't accept transfers "just yet," which is nonsense, as I initiated a transfer the day before this started happening and it completed the day after. Nothing has changed with my bank to cause this to happen, and I haven't received any messages from PayPal about issues with my account. 

 

I can't report the issue using any of PayPal's automated help systems, as they either give me nothing of use or return straight up error messages, so I'm really hoping someone here can help me out.

Since the stimulus check, they're preventing ANYONE from doing transfers.

What funny timing?
