I've been trying to transfer money from my PayPal balance to my bank for the last twenty minutes and it's not working. I've tried using the phone app and the webpage through Firefox. On the app it says it's "something on their end, try again later", but the webpage just does nothing after hitting "next" after you put in the amount. It resets the amount to 0.00 and nothing happens, not even an error message.
