When I transfer money it says “can’t confirm it’s you” WHY??? I’m trying to transfer to my bank account 😩

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?

So that you can receive the security text to log in or withdraw funds?
