Transferring wallet funds to UAE bank account/card

Has anyone else had issues with transferring wallet funds to a UAE bank account?

I have inputted all of the correct details from my UAE card and yet when i go to complete the transaction it asks me to check the information and it does not allow it.

Very frustrating and help would be welcomed!

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement when you added it?

Is it a local card of your country?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal address?
