Transferring problem

I have a debit card on my account but it doesnt give me an option to transfer the money there but only gives me an option to link a bank alhtough i have been successfully transferring money to my debit card for the past year,

Hi Amimalsheltersa and welcome, 

 

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues withdrawing to your card. If you are being asked to add a bank and you normally use your card then It may be that our internal security system is stopping your payment. I would recommend to leave it for 24 hours and try the withdrawal again.
