In attempt to transfer my PayPal balance to my debit card, which is intact confirmed and also the one card on my account, the free standard way It doesn't give me the option to link 'eligible' cards and the only option that comes up is my old previously hacked bank card. I don't feel comfortable linking this card to my account, but it seems as if that is the only free option and transferring my money. I was just wondering if it is a glitch, or if I possibly need a second bank account linked? Im not sure but I'm very confused and preferably wouldn't like to pay a percentage of my balance just for a transfer. @
