Problem transferring money to my bank account

Is it a new problem, have you withdrawn funds before?

Is it a bank paypal accept?

It is a bank account and not a debit card?

Have you still got the bank account in your paypal wallet?

Is it still showing in your paypal online banking direct debits?

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency?

I just phoned customer service and was told all withdrawals cannot presently by made because of a SYSTEM UPGRADE...  and to expect an email but no ticket number has been emailed to me!
