Why can't I link my U.S. bank chequing account to my PayPal account? I wish to transfer U.S. funds to my Canadian PayPal account from my U.S. bank account. My BMO Harris U.S. bank card is already verified and connected on PayPal. Shouldn't I be able to simply transfer funds via the card?
