Hi @Midford,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to transfer your funds! There are a few reasons why you may not be able to withdraw at this time. I recommend checking the status of your account within the Resolution Center. If there is a limitation, you will want to ensure it is removed before attempting the transfer again. If you do not have a limitation, please try again after 24 - 72 hours with a familiar device and secured network. I hope this helps!
