It is not possible to transfer funds from your PayPal Prepaid account back to your PayPal balance. However, usually, customers find that the PayPal Cash card is a better option for them since there are not any monthly fees. You can always contact the PayPal Prepaid card team by calling the number on the back of the card to request the remainder of your balance to be sent to you in a check. You can also spend the balance you have with your prepaid card and just load money to your PayPal balance to use with your PayPal Cash card in the future.
The PayPal Cash card is convenient because it uses your PayPal balance like a checking account, so there is no need to load it.
