If you have a UK account and you have added your bank account (IBAN/sort code and account number) then you should have the option to withdraw the funds. I would recommend checking that you have added your bank account itself as I know in the UK a lot of customers add just their card associated with their bank account. As you cannot withdraw to a card and only a bank account you may get an error when trying to withdraw. I would also check to ensure that the funds are in your available balance on not your pending balance. You will be able to check this by logging in to your PayPal account.
