I'm trying to transfer money to my card which is USD but every time paypal is converting this amount to GBP and charging a fee. I will lose as the money will have to be converted twice before I can access it. How can I send USD from my paypal account to my USD card without Paypal converting it? I've been trying to get onto an agent for DAYS! And the automated phone center is the worst.
