Does anyone know why sometimes when I try to withdraw funds from my PP acct to my bank account it says "for security reasons we must review this transaction". I have had both an eBay an PP account for years. Both accounts are in my name solely. It says "immediate access" and charges a fee for this "immediate access" but never is 🙂
