Transferred money to bank but still not received after 9 business days

Hi! I transferred money from my Paypal account to my bank account on November 22. Today is December 4, and I haven't received the money on my account yet. I tried calling the bank but they said that I have to reach out to Paypal because they are only the receiving bank and that they can't help me with this. Any insights, please?

If you are unable to locate your withdrawal and your bank has already reported to you that they cannot locate the amount, please reach out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
