Transferred money to bank and it said complete but its not in there!!

Once the money has exited the PayPal system, the status of your withdrawal would change to 'Completed' in your PayPal account. If you selected a standard transfer to a bank account, the transfer will typically take 1 business day. However, depending on the bank, it may take up to 5 business days.
