Transfering money to bank

I transferred (only $48)money from PayPal to my netspend bank account. Was told that it only takes 24 hours. I did it on Friday night @ 5pm. Today is Sunday and it's still not there. Anyone know why that would be? One day prior to that, I transferred $17 and it was almost instantaneous. A couple hours only. Why's this one different? Cuz it's over the weekend, maybe??
