So paypal sent me an email and said that i was undarage when i created my paypal so they have locked my funds this was now 2 or 3 years ago im now 20 well they told me that i can transfer them to a new paypal if i just press the contact us on the botyom off the page and tell them what email to transfer to so wich option there should i choose so i can send the email
