Is it possible to transfer funds from a bank account in Czech Republic directly to PayPal? I have a bank account in USD (but without a dedicated payment card for this account) that I would like to to transfer funds from and send it either directly to a PayPal recipient or to my PayPal account.
I'm aware I could transfer the money from my account in USD to an account in CZK that has a payment card attached and send the money to a paypal recipient via this payment card. Unfortunately, that would mean paying the conversion fees twice (from USD to CZK and then again from CZK to USD), which I would like to avoid. Thank you for your answers...
