Hey! I used my bank account application to transfer money to my paypal balance. I sent the money to the given number, but I didn’t write my identification code to the notice. And the money has been sent from my bank account, but it never arrived to my paypal balance. My bank account is attached to my paypal account, btw. Is there any option to get back my money?
Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues transferring money into PayPal. I'd recommend reaching out to your bank if you'd like to cancel that transfer and also to check the status as well. Just a quick note, normally it'll take around 3-5 business days to transfer funds into PayPal.
