Transfer

Put a hold on a transfer someone gave me saying it was eBay. And that they have to. And the prospective available date is the 25 of this month! I didn't buy/sell anything! Just got a transfer. I need the money today. I even made the change to it was not shipped and was completed yesterday. Theres still a hold!

Its down to how the payment was SENT to your account.

1. If they sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see you as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge you a fee.

2. If they had sent using the send money > family / friends option then you would have had the payment instantly with no fee. (However that option is not available in every country).

I don't know what one they chose. Didnt knkw there are different choices. Am i able to see what tbey chose?

Well the clue is if the payment is on hold and a fee was deducted then they sent it goods / services?

There is a hold and practically 10$ was taken out. How do i fix it?

Not a lot you can do really, you can't refund held funds and even if you did you wouldn't get the fee back unfortunately.
