I made a transfer from my bank to my Paypal. It is estimated that I will receive on the 4th. The money was withdrawn from my account on the 26th of September. Why is my balance still $0?

The 'estimate' was the 4th but it hasn't cleared yet i guess.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
