Money was sent to my PayPal ...i have a prepaid card on there .. It's been letting me transfer money to... Yesterday it didnt today I called PayPal and they told me I can do it at 10 pm ... I tried and said 24 hours... Did anyone have this problem ...i only been with for a year but never had this problem
