Denied – Transfer using Card
Created a new PayPal account and linked my new master debit card. Confirmed the 4 pin code, confirmed the identity, phone number, and everything that Is needed to.
I'm trying to withdraw 15 euro from Paypal balance (they are not on hold or anything) it tells me to wait for 12-24 hours and after 24 hours it shows up Denied transaction without any explanation why, and without sending any email. Anyone had this problem?
