I transferred some money last night at around 11 PM to my bank account using the card transfer feature (which i was told should take an estimated 30 mins) and it still hasn't arrived. Was it due to the time I sent it or does paypal sometimes just revert to the 1 business day deal even though they took the fee for card transfer?
