Transfer to bank challenge

I’m getting an error that says “something went wrong try again later.” Has anyone had this happen to them?

Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

This is my first time trying a transfer and the error is there’s a problem an the transfer cannot be completed at this time.
