I had some money in my Paypal account and made a transfer to my bank account. Before the transfer was completed, my checkbook and credit cards were stolen, forcing me to close my checking account and open a new one. Now a week later the transfer has not shown up at my bank on the account that was compromised. what could be taking so long?
