Hi,
I have been using Paypal for over a month now. (Just new). I transferred money from my Paypal to my bank account (same bank, same info) and it still shows "Pending". Usually, it would tell me it has been completed within 2-3 minutes. I went to my local bank today and they informed me that PAYPAL did not process the transaction yet, otherwise, it would show COMPLETED. I need the funds and I don't understand why it is pending and it is still a working day today. (not the weekend). I need a straight and honest answer, not just telling me "it would take up to 3-5 business days". this isn't my first time. My previous transactions all went through quickly.
