please help! I have messaged, since Friday morning, 3 different agents and spoke to 2. My bf sentme $ for bills and PayPal told me there was a review bc i had just added a new debit card that morning. Then I got locked out of my acct and the next man I spoke to said to change my password and he sent me a link. I still couldn't transfer the money. SO my bf sent the money again!
