Transfer paypal balance to a prepaid card

Is it possible to move my paypal balance to a prepaid card.

The card has already been added to paypal.  Is it possible to move my paypal balance to the card?

If you are trying to withdraw funds to your card, this can be done by clicking the 'Withdraw' option on the PayPal website. You can then withdraw the funds to your bank or card on file if you wish.

Where is the withdraw option?  I see a transfer option but it only allows a transfer to bank account not the prepaid card.
