Transfer of money from credit card

Hello To Everyone,

I just wanna ask if i am going to send a money to my friend's email to their paypal email add is it okay i am using my credit card?

Yes, my credit card is attached to my paypal account. I mean registered.

Is this possible that ,my friend will going to receive a money to his paypal account, so that he can encash it to his local bank account?

You can fund Paypal payments via a credit card BUT if you are using the friends / family option then you will pay a fee instead of it being free.
