I am from Singapore.
I want to transfer want from PayPal to my POSB account. I first attempt failed and there was no informative detail given. I received a email with the following content:
An electronic funds transfer from your PayPal account to your bank account was rejected today for the following reason:
Invalid bank account information
What I can imagine is that the my name on PayPal is " GivenName SurName" but in POSB account it is the Singapore standard "SurName GivenName". All information of the name is there, it is just that the sequence of the name did not match. Could this be the cause of the failed transfer?
Paypal charged a fee for the transfer and it does not even provide any assistance. It is really very big disappointment
I would appreciate if someone here can help. PayPal has no customer service and there is nothing useful I can find on PayPal website.
