Transfer of Funds to Another Paypal Account

After I provided all the proof of identity and proof of address to Customer Service, they did not update me concerning transfer of fund to my another Paypal account.

 

Who do you think I could contact to expedite the matter?

Paypal asked for proof of identity, proof  of address and authorization letter to transfer. 

 

They requested all those not in one shot but one by one.  They did not asked me for one time to save time.

 

Now, after I submitted all their requirements, I am still waiting and no updates at the moment.

 

So, I am asking what should I do to expedite?

I HAVE CONTACTED THEM ALREADY AND FOR MORE THEN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, NO UPDATE ARE RECEIVED.

 

So, what is your advice? I will keep contacting them?

 

That's why I am asking the community what should I do to expedite because I HAVE DONE ALREADY YOUR SUGGESTION AND IT SEEMS NOT EFFECTIVE.

I contacted facebook, no help.

 

I contacted message center. no help.  PayPal keeps deleting my messages in message center.

 

I contacted this community, no help.

 

And PayPal keeps my money until now.
