Transfer money to my bank account from a virtual mastercard (gift card from my company)

Dear community!

I am struggled to transfer the money of a virtual mastercard that my company gave it to me to my bank account.

To be honest I am not a user of paypal, but I have listened that maybe there is a way to transfer the money from that virtual card to my account by this platform. I tried with Transferwise but they don't allow transfers from virtual cards, which is what I use usually to transfer my money to my spanish account from UK.  I want to transfer € to €. 

If there is any way, please could you tell me how is the process I should follow?

I hope this is doable beccause I plan to do it. But I planned to send it to someone from that "card" and then have them send it back.
