Transfer money from paypal to bank account

I am disappointed with paypal again. I am using paypal every time for shopping online. 3 days ago i sold my smartphone on ebay. Okay there was pendeing payment for 3 days, i discuss this with ebay customer service, and it sayd what i can withdraw my money in a next 24 hours. Paypal send me email what now i can do this. Ill do this through my iPhone app. And there show me what funds will be in my account in a next 2 hours. But from pc i see what it will be in a next 72 hours. This is terrible

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.
