Transfer money from Australia dollar to Malaysia Ringgit

How do I transfer from Australia to Malaysia as it kept popping out you can't send or receive payments in that currency, does that mean it is impossible?

You can send money, receive money, and withdraw money in multiple currencies.

• If you want to send money using your PayPal balance, you should first convert your balance into the currency your recipient prefers.
• When you receive money in another currency, you can accept the payment in that currency or convert it to a currency you prefer (conversion fees apply).
• When you withdraw money from your PayPal account, it’s automatically converted to the currency in your bank account.

You can manage multiple currencies in your PayPal account. Here's how:
 

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. On your account 'Summary' page, click PayPal balance.
3. Click the three dots next to the currency you want to manage and select one of the options.
