So I transfered funds from PayPal to my bank account, it said it would take 24 hrs it has been three days and the money has not been deposited, is this a PayPal issue, or my bank?
PayPal, they keep your money as long as possible to gain interest on it. They’re glorified criminals. I’ve had the same problem and will never use them again.
