Transfer into Bank account seem to have failed.

Greetings folks, I really need help. On this date - 11/04/2021, I made a transfer from my PayPal account to my Bank account then I received an email from PayPal that the process will begin within 72 hours. Now on this date 14/04/2021, I received another email from PayPal saying that We are transferring money into your bank account, it usually takes 1-2 business days so you should see the money in your bank account by 16/04/2021. Today is 19/04/2021 and the money is neither in my Bank account nor in my PayPal account. I tried to contact customer service but the process seem complicated. Please what can I do?
