When I tried to transfer my money more than once, the amount returned to my account with this message:
REFUNDED Transfer using Card
Also, this error appears to me more than 10 times when trying, and I repeat it until the problem is gone

I have not been able to communicate with any human being in technical support, I hope that the Paypal will keep pace with the wave of technology or will go as others have gone
any support here ? any one can help me to get my money , and out of this PP ever
