Not being able to transfer your money would be frustrating. Sorry if you're still unable to do this.
It could be related to our security system if you have a new account, you have recently received this money, or if you have recently added a bank or card to withdraw the money. If it is related to our security system, the best advice I can give is to continue to try the payment at a later time. The longer the money is in the account, the more our system will trust the money. Is there a specific error that you're receiving when attempting this?
