Transfer funds to account

I just confirmed my account with the bank. Now I’m trying to transfer my funds to my bank account but I get a message saying my bank does not accept transfer! How can I get my money back??

First Tennessee Bank. It is actually are large bank in our tri state area. TN, MS, AR
