Transfer funds problem pay-pal business

Hi I came from Indonesia.
I can't transfer my money from PayPal to my local bank account, my PP account is Business setup. When I try to Transfer my money, I have been reported that PP need more information, and I need to contact Customer Service for assistance. I really need your help with this problem, please help ???
