I transfer a money from my paypal balance to my bank account and it was completed. When i tried to withdraw it in a ATM it doesn’t let me too so i called my bank to see what happened I just find out my bank account was already close 2months ago. I also check if my bank can see if there were transfer came through and they told me its impossible to come through since my bank was already closed 2 months ago. My question is where is my money? I dont even see it in my paypal balance please help
