Transfer from bank to paypal not working for months. PLEASE FIX ASAP

I tried to transfer money from bank to paypal for months now and its not going through its been saying the same thing for the past month: We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now Please try again later and sorry we couldn't confirm its you. Been doing that for a month and still aint working.  this is VERY FRUSTRATING and UNSATISFACTORY. PLEASE FIX ASAP.
