Transfer from bank and sent same amount to family member

I just requested a transfer from my bank to cover an amount I was sending to my family member because I didn't have that in my PayPal account. Then I sent the same amount to them by PayPal. Will that it be a double transfer from my bank account?

If the money from your bank transfer to PayPal balance is available in your PayPal balance to pay with, then no, you won't get double charged.
