Transfer from PayPal balance internationally

I have a UK PayPal account and I am trying to send money from my PayPal balance to a Czech bank account.

Assuming you have a UK PayPal Account, you can transfer funds to your UK Bank Account or a US Bank Account.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
