Transfer fees to the card

I am having an error every time I want to transfer money from my PayPal to the card and I need the money as soon as possible i tried re-linking the card and checking the location it’s not working

I am sorry about the issue you're facing while withdrawing funds. You can only withdraw funds to your Visa card in your country. If you're trying to add your financials, please follow the details in this article.
