Transfer cash from a Card to PayPal and then to another card/bank account.

Is it possible to transfer cash from a credit card (gift card) to PayPal and if so how exactly? The purpose of that would be to transfer certain amount of cash from that card so I can then transfer it to my bank debit card. Both cards are linked and verified.

Thank you for asking your question here.

I understand that you want to add a gift credit card  to the PayPal balance and to withdraw that amount to a bank after that. I am sorry to infirm you that this is not possible. You can however add the credit card to your PayPal account and use that for a purchase.
